11/18/2011 Dr. Rupert is awesome! He did a filling on a tooth that has been bugging me for months and it didn't hurt at all!. He was super nice, kept me well informed and answered all my questions prior to having the work done. I told him I didnt want to be numb too long after the appointment and he sure did keep his promise; he gave me an injection that kept me numb for an hour or so; I was able to eat immediately after. I will be going back to him very soon and referring friends/family around the area! Christina C. Website

04/20/2011 Best Dental experience and care I have EVER had. I had almost all of teeth overhauled :-) and was scared Cervantes was not going to be able to save a few. HE DID IT. I had several root canals and caps, fillings and NO PAIN. The staff are the nicest with very caring qualities and I actually miss them I was there so many times for all the work he did (Dr. Cervantes) His wife Dr. Prado was very nice and seemed to have the same caring qualities and experience as her husband Dr. Cervantes. It was hard to say goodbye when I was finished, but I can't say enough about this Dental Team. I am truly grateful and have no problem referring them to anyone and continue to stay a patient as long as I can. Ronda R. Website
03/08/2011 If you read thru my past reviews you will see that I only write reviews on my best and worst experiences. Therefore my posts should either serve as referrals or warnings. lol. In this case, please take this review as a referral.
I don't go to the dentist nearly as often as I should and I find when I do it's never a pleasant experience except in this case. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. If you're in search of a good gentle dentist then look no further! V J. Website
02/26/2011 Everyone here is so nice! They are VERY gentle and tell you step by step what they are going to do right before they do it.
They have conversations with you to distract you from what's going on, cause we all know no one likes going to the dentist!
I've only been in twice and they already memorized my name.
The office is very clean, there is a tv in the waiting room.

Their prices are affordable for uninsured people like me.

11/27/2010 TREATED LIKE ROALITY! In the last year ive been to three dentists with nothing but bad treatment, horror stories, and felling like a disposiable customer.I then had the tremendous fourtune to have been refered to this married coulpes privete practice, from a friend of a friend.( whom i owe a debt of gratitude and a nice lunch!) on my frist visit which was only to be a 20 minute inspection... they made the time to do a much needed extration, that all three previouse dental places refused to do.Stating i would have to be seen by a specialist. Afterwards when I explaned this to Dr. Cervantes, without missing a beat he replied ("Well, I was never one to back down from a good fight!) he had me at- iwas never one to back down! I can say enough about this dental office. No long waits,really listens to you,quality work, attention to detail.phomenal poeple! The only insurance I had was county (CMSP), most places refused me previously . they however treated me no different than if i had brought cash with me.If you want to be treated like a king or queen Lee S. 11/09/2010 I had lost my dental coverage secondary to retirement. The dentist I went to for over 14 years informed me that I needed 2 crowns and 2 root canals. There was no room for payment plans. They simply wanted their money up front. (approx $2500)..
I interviewed various dentists and I found the Cervantes and Prado staff very professional and caring.
My dentist was the BEST!. No pain, procedures needed and explained in a very understandable fashion. The staff are just as wonderful as he is. The office has a nice "homey" feeling to it.
My appreciation goes out to everyone "Thank you" for providing your excellent service to the community. I am very grateful for your excellent work.

I wanted to take the time to commend you for your excellent care. Though my insurance was less than adequate I received your professional pride in your work with courtesy and understanding. You helped me immediately when I had an emergency problem and the color match and appearance of my crowns is excellent. 07/08/2010 I brought both of my unemployed adult daughter's here. They accept uninsured and treat with dignity. Also online there is a 9.95 special for exam and exrays!!! No kidding! Gentle too, and they speak Spanish as well Bueno. I like this place! Haanpaa H. Website
